Colonel Sandurz: Try here. Stop.
Dark Helmet: What the hell am I looking at? When does this happen in the movie?
Colonel Sandurz: Now. You're looking at now, sir. Everything that happens now, is happening now.
Dark Helmet: What happened to then?
Colonel Sandurz: We passed then.
Dark Helmet: When?
Colonel Sandurz: Just now. We're at now now.
Dark Helmet: Go back to then.
Colonel Sandurz: When?
Dark Helmet: Now.
Colonel Sandurz: Now?
Dark Helmet: Now.
Colonel Sandurz: I can't.
Dark Helmet: Why?
Colonel Sandurz: We missed it.
Dark Helmet: When?
Colonel Sandurz: Just now.
Dark Helmet: When will then be now?
Colonel Sandurz: Soon.
Dark Helmet: How soon?

Peculiar properties of spacetime ensure that the perception of the magnitude of Soon is fluid and dependent, not on an individual's time-reference, but on spatial and cultural location. A marketer generally perceives Soon as a finite, known, yet unspeakable time-interval; to a fan, the interval appears greater, and may in fact approach the infinite, becoming Never. Once the interval has passed, however, a certain time-lensing effect seems to occur, and the time-interval becomes vanishingly small. We therefore see the strange result that the same fragment of spacetime may be observed, in quick succession, as Soon, Never, and All Too Quickly.

He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

Zak S, Zak Smith, Dndwithpornstars, Zak Sabbath. He is a terrible person and a hack at writing and art. His cultural contributions are less than Justin Bieber's, and he's a shitmuffin. Go go gadget Googlebomb!

Yes, yes it is bad German. My standard Fantasy Naming Convention is "look shit up on Google Translate and play with it"

Each of the continents is named for an astrological sign in the campaign world, though the fact has long since been forgotten in the world, and at this point I don't quite remember the actual derivations of each but some are direct:

Betract- Beholder (lit. beholder)
Duninne- Drider, (Derived from playing around with "Spinne," spider)
Meirka- Seacat (derived from "Meer", sea, and "Katze", cat)
Feilvogel- Arrowhawk ("Pfeil", arrow, and "Vogel", bird)
Liuwe- Manticore (Derived from Lowe, lion, because originally it was the Leo analogue)
Kunst- Unicorn (Lit. Art, because it was originally Lillend, not Unicorn)
Ziege- Chuul (lit. Goat, because it's the Capricorn analogue)
Krondechse- Basilisk (Derived from Kroneidechse, which google tells me is a word for Basilisk)
Eingeweih- Gorgon (actual gorgon, not the giant metal bull think...) (Derived from Ein, one, and Geweih, antler, from when this was Unicorn. Left name to distance from strict german)
Vasmaad- Nymph (Derived from Vasser and Maad, for Water Maiden)

The map doesn't show the lost continents: Drachurm (Drachen, Wurm, Dragon sign), actually lost, and cloaked with magic, or Vaschlage (Vasser, Schlage, Hydra sign), sunken.

Picked off of my cousin's facebook page. She seems to have had a rough couple of months and seeing her post this made me smile both for the return of her pluckiness and the inherent cuteness of the macro.
